Chunk for iPhone includes a seven-day trial that does not require a payment method. Continued access after the trial requires the lifetime non-consumable shown in the app. Apple processes this purchase through the App Store, and the price and currency shown by Apple at confirmation are the price that applies. A verified purchase is associated with the purchasing Apple Account and can be restored using the in-app Restore Purchases control. For a Mac license purchased directly from Chunk, the price, license scope, and payment terms shown at checkout apply.

Apple handles billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases. Some purchases may be eligible for a refund, eligibility varies by country or region, and applicable consumer-law rights remain unaffected. A Mac license bought directly from Chunk is a final sale and is not refundable, because the free seven-day trial requires no credit card and gives you time to decide first. Please review the Refund Policy for instructions.

Planning data is stored on your device. Optional iCloud sync uses the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account, optional calendar connections communicate with the provider you choose, and optional lock screen updates from your Mac pass through a Chunk-run relay to Apple's push service without being stored. Lock screen updates sent from your Mac use a Chunk-run online service. It is provided as available and may change or end; Chunk keeps working without it.

You may not, and may not help anyone else to: decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer Chunk, or try to extract its source code; get around, disable, or remove its license checks, activation, or trial limits; or distribute, sell, or publish modified, cracked, or cloned copies of Chunk, or tools made to produce them. These restrictions apply except to the extent applicable law expressly permits such activity.

You also agree not to misuse Chunk in ways that violate law or regulation. If you break these restrictions, your license ends, we may deactivate the license keys involved, and we may act to have infringing copies removed, including by sending copyright takedown notices.
