Trial Before Purchase
Chunk gives you a free trial on both platforms so you can evaluate the app before you pay. On Mac, the seven-day trial unlocks the whole app and does not require a credit card. On iPhone, the seven-day trial begins when Chunk first runs on an installation and also does not require a payment method. Removing the iPhone app can also remove local trial state.
Where you purchased
Apple processes the lifetime in-app purchase made in Chunk for iPhone. Chunk does not receive your full payment-card details and cannot directly approve or issue an App Store refund. A direct Mac purchase is processed by the payment provider and is subject to the checkout terms shown for that order.
Mac purchases are final
A Mac license bought directly from Chunk is a final sale and is not refundable. The seven-day trial is free, needs no credit card and gives you the complete app, so you have time to decide whether Chunk fits before any money changes hands. If something is not working for you, contact support before you buy and we will help. Applicable consumer-law rights remain unaffected.
Requesting a refund
Apple decides refunds for the in-app purchase made in Chunk for iPhone. Some App Store purchases may be eligible. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account that made the purchase, choose Request a refund, and follow Apple's instructions. Eligibility varies by country or region, and applicable consumer-law rights remain unaffected.
