Tasks is where your work lives before it lands on the calendar. Smart lists sort it for you, your projects and templates hold the rest, and any task opens up for the details. Slide to Plan and the same column opens its projects in place, with the calendar right beside them.
Projects
Big projects, one session at a time.
Lists are now projects, each with an overview for the plan, a deadline to work towards, and a finish line you can tick. Split a big task across several sessions, or drag the whole project onto the calendar and decide what to work on when the time comes.
