Time-blocking

One schedule, three calendar views.

Time-blocking is the calendar-shaped side of Chunk. Plan a day on the vertical timeline, scan the week, or jump to the month view. The same tasks and calendar events stay in sync whichever view you choose.

  • Day, week, month, and day-list views.
  • Compress early and late hours when they are not useful.
  • Click a scheduled task to edit notes, recurrence, list, and time.
  • Export any schedule range as PDF or CSV.

Task Lists

Smart lists, custom lists, and reusable templates.

Task Lists is where your work lives. Smart lists surface Today, Upcoming, Overdue, and Completed automatically; custom lists and groups hold your own projects; your Apple Reminders show up alongside them; and template lists are reusable sets of tasks you can repeat on a schedule. Open any task to add notes, a sub-checklist, attachments, a deadline, or recurrence — then drag it onto Schedule to block time for it.

  • Smart lists for Today, Upcoming, Overdue, and Completed.
  • Custom lists and groups, plus your Apple Reminders.
  • Template lists — reusable tasks with daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurrence.
  • Every task carries notes, sub-checklists, attachments, deadlines, and repeat rules.
  • Drag any task onto Schedule without leaving the panel.
