Chunk v3.0 replaces the legacy layout with two synced modes: Tasks and Schedule. Your lists, templates, recurring tasks, calendar blocks, and schedule views now describe the same plan from different angles.

Schedule is now the calendar-shaped side of Chunk, with day, week, month, and day-list views over the same underlying tasks and events.
The day timeline can expand or compress its start and end ranges, and scheduled tasks now open in the new editor for quick changes to time, list, notes, and recurrence.
Tasks is the list-shaped side of Chunk. Smart lists, custom lists, Apple Reminders, and template lists all live in one sidebar, ready to drag onto your schedule.
Templates are no longer a separate mode. They are a dedicated list type inside Tasks, with the same recurrence engine used by regular tasks.
Tasks now fully support recurrence scheduling, including reusable templates, individual recurring tasks, and scheduled occurrences that stay visible in both Tasks and Schedule.
You can export your schedule as PDF or CSV, and Analytics now covers a wider set of planning, completion, deadline, routine, and time-use stats.
The active task timer has a new compact UI with clearer progress, the current task name, and the remaining time visible while you plan.
The Chunk panel is also slightly longer, giving the new Tasks and Schedule surfaces more room without changing the menu-bar feel.
