Try these before sending a request

  • Restore lifetime accessOpen Settings > License > Upgrade to lifetime > Restore purchases, using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  • Check iCloudOpen Settings > Data & Sync > Check, then confirm iCloud Drive and Chunk are enabled for your Apple Account.
  • Reconnect a calendarOpen Settings > Calendars & Integrations, remove the affected connection, and connect it again.
